ERIN "LADY" BRYANT
The dynamic and innovative Owner and Founder of LB Visionary Investments LLC. Known affectionately by many as "Lady", Erin's approachable nature and dedication to building lasting relationships with clients truly sets her apart. Her clients aren't just clients – they become part of the LB Visionary family.
Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Erin has been a proud South Florida resident since 2005. She brings with her an impressive portfolio of expertise, particularly in user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and service design.
Previously serving as the Director of User Experience and Service Design at Motorola Solutions, Erin led an international team of designers across multiple countries and time zones. Her innovative leadership guided the team to significant strides in UX, UI, and CX design.
Erin holds seven U.S. patents, including the 2019 Innovation of the Year for the first-ever public safety voice assistant ViQi, and a pioneering touchscreen radio interface for public safety. Both of these groundbreaking contributions were researched, designed, and implemented under her leadership.
Erin's unique philosophy views each experience as an opportunity for improvement.
